OUR ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
If the time has come when a room is required, you will be asked to complete our Application Form which provides more detailed information about your circumstances, allowing us to carry out an assessment of your needs and the level of care required.
Once a residence form is in place, all paperwork can be signed either by the future resident themselves, or by their attorney.
You will be asked to give us permission to hold (and use under restricted circumstances) personal data on yourself and any other person who is party to a Residency Agreement. We will retain and use this information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
*Please note that all residents must have a Power of Attorney in place prior to admission.
