OUR ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
If you are in the process of planning for your own future needs , or those of a loved one, we recommend adding your details to our waiting list so we can keep you informed of the availability of spaces in our home. To join our waiting list, please fill in your details here or give us a call.
STEP 1
If the time has come when a room is required, you will be asked to complete our Application Form which provides more detailed information about your circumstances, allowing us to carry out an assessment of your needs and the level of care required.
STEP 2
Once a residence form is in place, all paperwork can be signed either by the future resident themselves, or by their attorney.
You will be asked to give us permission to hold (and use under restricted circumstances) personal data on yourself and any other person who is party to a Residency Agreement. We will retain and use this information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
*Please note that all residents must have a Power of Attorney in place prior to admission.
