All of our trustees live locally and each have individual skill sets, having worked in a variety of businesses and organisations. Their knowledge and experience is very important to our decision-making process.
The trustees meet regularly to keep moving forward with all aspects of developing and operating the home.

Evelyn Grant
Qualified social worker with a range of experience, including as both practitioner and senior manager in Scottish Children's Reporter Administration.
Simon Cole Hamilton
Engineer and chartered accountant. Manager with several local firms and organisations; CEO with Inverness Chamber of Commerce, then established his own accountancy firm.
Ian Whyte
Medical doctor with career as Consultant Ophthalmologist in the Highland Health Board.
Freda Charters
Medical doctor. Recently retired General Practitioner for 32 years in Burnfield Medical Practice,Inverness. Medical Director of NessDOC, GP out of hours co-operative for 9 years.
Jim Harbison: Chair
Planner, former senior planning and development officer with The Highland Council.
Tina Chancellor
Medical Doctor, formerly general practitioner in Inverness.
Andrea Sillars
Qualified manager in Human Resources. Senior HR management roles with Northern Constabulary, Highland Hospice and Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd.
Robert MacPhee
Treasurer
Chartered Accountant with management career, mainly overseas, in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
Jim McIntosh
Career in the financial services sector in various parts of the UK, including financial advisory and compliance management roles with Barclays Bank and Royal Bank, and latterly in Inverness as financial advice administrator.
